Tranmere story
Chris Greenacre is an English former forward from Wakefield who began his senior career with Manchester City. After loan spells and a permanent move to Mansfield Town, he played for Stoke City before joining Tranmere Rovers in 2005.
Greenacre moved to Wellington Phoenix in 2009 and finished his playing career in New Zealand. He subsequently joined the club’s coaching staff, including work with its reserves and first team.
